My second blog
Blog number 2. Learning about Flickr, what a fantastic way to store and protect precious memories. Found some terrific shots of Mandurah, who would live anywhere else! These images are of our new Falcon eLibrary and Community Centre being built. http://flickr.com/photos/fieldplates/ Its such a beautiful building. It's full of light and has such a great feel about it, it really deserves a visit. I'm thinking about putting my own collection of photo's on Flickr to keep them safe, although I do also have them on a portable hard drive. It would be great to put all of our library event photos up where everybody could access them. We have such a lot of great events like author visits, children's activities, I particularly love our collection of photos from our Home Library Service Christmas party for our patrons.

Flickr is a great way to share photos! I haven't been to the Falcon library but it is interesting looking at the pics.
ReplyDeleteGreat images! I've only ever seen the completed building, so it's nice to see the work in progress.
ReplyDeleteCall in and see us, anytime, Katherine. There's always something happening. Today they're making slime in the cafe ...
Definitely an additive site. One can lose themselves for hours in the travel images alone.
